YogaTortion
Class Length : 1.0 hr
YogaTortion is a style of flexibility training that blends the traditional art of Mongolian Contortion with the flow and mindfulness practice of Yoga . Jordan will begin by leading students through a short meditation, allowing them to bring their awareness deep within their bodies. Following meditation, Jordan will guide students through a heart opening vinyasa flow, which will lead to a section of class where students will partner together and be given guidance to help stretch each other. The partner stretching portion of the class will allow students to go deeper into their stretches with the support and safety of another human. Participants will leave class feeling lighter, more empowered, and emotionally broken open in the best way.
All Levels Are Welcome
Due to the unique structure of this class and the offering of adaptations for the sequencing, both beginners and seasoned yogis will leave this class having learned something new.
What to bring : Yoga mat, Towel, Water Bottle, and a partner if you wish :) feel free to come by yourself as well !
