Contortion Training with Jordan Remar
Contortionist Jordan Remar holds a certification from Otgo Waller, Flexible Body Art LLC. She can teach students of all ages to increase their flexibility, develop strength and stability, and help students to develop choreography for original performance art acts. Jordan has been studying & practicing Mongolian Contortion under her coach Otgo Waller since 2018. She teaches group classes & private lessons in person in Austin, TX as well as online.Jordan also teaches internationally at circus retreats .
Contortion training is a practice where an individual develops extreme flexibility as an art form. It is truly amazing to push the limits of the human body in order to achieve mastery of the beautiful poses. For true progress to be made, contortion training should be integrated into a person's lifestyle. Jordan encourages her students to stay motivated by giving them homework after each lesson , and holds them accountable for achieving their goals. Every body is different, and each person's flexibility journey should be at a pace that is best for them.

Private Lessons

Jordan offers online private lessons, as well as semi private lessons. It is recommended to have a session with Jordan at least every 2-3 weeks in order to foster progress in your training & achieve your flexibility goals. Jordan will create a special flexibility plan tailored to your personal needs based upon an initial physical assessment of your current flexibility level.
